Bevan Brittan LLP has established a commercial litigation practice in Birmingham with the appointment of Partner, Adam Kendall. Adam joins Bevan Brittan from Wragge & Co LLP where he was a Director in the commercial litigation department. He started with the firm on 3 September.

Adam, a dispute resolution specialist, has extensive experience advising on all types of commercial disputes from multi-million pound cases for major corporates to acting for local authorities. Aside from mainstream commercial litigation work he also has considerable experience handling disputes both for and against insurance companies as well as advising on health and safety matters.

He will work closely with Head of Commercial Litigation, Kane Kirkbride to further build the firm’s highly regarded litigation practice and to develop the commercial litigation offering in Birmingham. He will also work with Commerce, Industry and Services Division Head, Tom Ellis, with a particular focus on supply chain, professional services as well as insurance and financial services clients.
