Bevan Brittan LLP is one of three firms shortlisted to win the legal category of HealthInvestor’s inaugural ‘Healthcare Deals of the Year’ awards.

 

The national law firm was chosen after HealthInvestor canvassed its readers and a database of healthcare contacts.  It will be up against Berwin Leighton Paisner and Nabarro at a ceremony in London on 28 June.

 

Last year Bevan Brittan acted on a landmark deal of the first Foundation Trust (FT) merger. Its commercial team advised the West Midlands Strategic Health Authority and the Department of Health on the structure of the transaction. This saw Heart of England FT, based in Solihull, take over the Sutton Coldfield-based Good Hope NHS Trust.
