National law firm
Bevan Brittan LLP is pleased to announce the
relocation of its Bristol practice to the firm’s new
flagship building, Kings Orchard.
Kings Orchard is one of Bristol’s landmark riverside
buildings and was purchased by Bevan Brittan in
November 2004. The building has undergone complete
refurbishment and has been extended by 30,000 sq to
108,000 sq ft. The property has the capacity to
house around 600 employees.
The relocation to one of Bristol’s most well known
buildings follows an extensive review of property
arrangements and
reflects the robust
annual growth experienced by the firm which provides
legal services nationally and internationally from
its three offices in London, Bristol and Birmingham.
It follows the relocation of both the London and
Birmingham practices to larger premises in the past
two years.
Kings Orchard will provide an innovative and dynamic
working environment and state of the art client
facilities.
Stuart Whitfield, Chief Executive, commented: “The
relocation of our Bristol practice demonstrates not
only our growth and ambition, but also our
determination to excel in all aspects of client
service.
As a firm which advises on major regeneration
schemes across the whole of the UK, we are delighted
to be able to make our own direct contribution to
regenerating this part of Bristol.”
