What I do

I am head of the Projects team and advise both the public and private sectors on a diverse range of education, accommodation, security and energy projects both in the United Kingdom and internationally. I advise facilities management providers on projects and outsourcing arrangements. One of the aspects of this I most enjoy is acting as lead negotiator on a complex transaction, co-ordinating the various parties to achieve a successful result for my client.

I advise consortia on various security, police custody and prison projects throughout England.

I advise consortia on Education schemes in England, Ireland and Scotland.

I advise FM companies on outsourcing and commercial contracts.

I advise equity investors and contractors on secondary market PPP deals.
