My background
Articled Bristows; qualified 1990. Barlow Lyde and Gilbert 1990-92, Burges Salmon 1992-94. Joined Bevan Ashford 1994, partner since 1997. Partner, Bevan Brittan LLP 2004-.

What I do
I specialise in property litigation, property and housing management disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, interpretation of leases, rent reviews and valuations, repossession actions, injunctions and professional negligence cases relating to property.

I have acted for the Government in a major court action involving the sale and development of a hospital site.

I have acted for Bristol and West Plc on ground breaking lenders professional negligence claims.

I have acted for the successful party in Gribbon v Lutton, one of the leading cases on lock-out agreements.

I have advised several housing associations in obtaining urgent injunctions resulting from serious nuisance and anti-social behaviour cases.

I recently went on secondment with Knightstone Housing Association (now called Arcadia Housing Group) as their first in-house solicitor.
