As a projects lawyer I focus on projects primarily in the
Education, Leisure and Infrastructure sectors for private
and public sector clients.
Some examples
I lead the team advising
Partnerships For Schools on the Building Schools for
the Future (BSF) programme. I am advising on the Pathfinder
BSF projects for Bristol.
I am also leading our teams advising on Birmingham and
Sandwell BSF projects.
I am client care partner for our work with 4Ps having
advised them on the leisure procurement pack and now on
their national panel.
Work on leisure projects includes advising on most leisure
schemes that have come to market: Lewisham; Sefton; Amber
Valley; Breckland; Penwith; Bexley; Solihull; Rotherham;
