My Background
Trained CMS Cameron McKenna, London; qualified 1999; assistant solicitor 1999-2003; assistant, Eversheds 2003-2004; assistant, Bevan Ashford 2004-2005; associate 2005-2008; senior associate 2008.

I am a dispute resolution specialist with experience in a wide range of corporate disputes. I specialise in all aspects of commercial litigation, with a particular focus on the conduct of contentious corporate and partnership disputes, ranging from actions on behalf of companies, directors, shareholders and partners. I also have significant contentious insolvency experience and often act on behalf of and against insolvency practioners, directors, creditors and individuals in all aspects of insolvency.

successfully defending (with indemnity costs) a leading FTSE 100 company in a contractual claim brought by a company in adminstration

advising a leading UK financial services company in defending a professional negligence claim involving allegations of pensions' mis-selling
acting on behalf of a company in ongoing litigation against its former directors in relation to a contested takeover and an aborted scheme of arrangement
successfully defending a director in High Court misfeasance proceedings brought by a liquidator
acting on behalf of a partner in an ongoing partnership dispute
acting on behalf of a trustee in bankruptcy in ongoing proceedings for the recovery of a �1m+ property which was transferred to a connected party at an undervalue
