Graham acts for retail occupiers and investors in and developers of commercial property.

My Background
Trained and qualified, Cameron McKenna, partner, Head of Property, Head of Retail and Managing Partner, Davenport Lyons until February 2005. Partner, Manches LLP from February 2005, joined Bevan Brittan LLP as a partner in February 2008.

What I do
I act for a number of well known multiple retailers dealing with all of their commercial property needs and, in particular, with regard to their retail premises.

I also act for corporate investors in commercial property including dealing with acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant issues and financing and with the development of commercial property.

I deal generally with all aspects of commercial property work and, in particular, with regard to retail, from both sides of the street � landlord and tenant.

Some examples
I have worked with French Connection for many years and have acted on almost all their property transactions including the vast majority of French Connection retail shops and stores.

I also act for Hugo Boss with regard to their property needs and, in particular, I acquired the flagship Hugo Boss store in Sloane Square.

I have helped Swarovski develop its retail portfolio over the last few years and have also been similarly instrumental in the building up of other well known retailers� property portfolios.

I have worked on major development and shopping centre projects where I have dealt with the acquisition work, the development agreement, the funding of the project, the setting up and negotiation and granting of the various occupier leases and ultimately the disposal of the completed project.
