This is an opportunity for an experienced property litigator to join the established Property litigation team in the firm's London office. The team handles a broad range of property and planning disputes for an exciting range of both private and public sector clients. You will act regularly for major UK house builders, Regional Development Agencies, commercial developers, the NHS and Local Government.
This position would suit an individual who has had a broad range of experience of both commercial and residential matters and who enjoys a high degree of client contact. There will be real scope to take responsibility for your own matters, as well as building and developing relationships with clients.
The Individual

- Good standard of broad property litigation experience.
- Strong team player
- Pro-active individual with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships at all levels
- Project management skills, utilising systems where appropriate.
- Priority and time management skills.
- Flexible approach.
- Organised, with lateral thinking skills and an eye for detail.
- Able to cope with pressures associated with the handling multiple caseloads.
