Bevan Brittan's commercial litigation team provides a national service, based
across London, Bristol and Birmingham and consists of ex-city litigators and
strong talent, combining top quality legal and analytical expertise with a real
commitment and passion to find creative and practical solutions to disputes,
delivered with excellent client service.
The Role
This is an opportunity to play a key role within the London team working with a
broad range of private sector businesses, many of them international, and UK
regulatory clients.
Whilst handling all types of disputes, you could have the opportunity to get
involved in major corporate and contractual disputes; fraud claims (including
injunctive relief work and asset recovery); breach of warranty claims and
various economic torts and IP/IT disputes.
The Individual
You should have a good broad commercial litigation experience including some
professional negligence and be comfortable in handling all forms of dispute
resolution including mediation and arbitration.
You should be excited by the opportunity of growth, and have a pro-active and
flexible approach, an interest in business development and be capable of
operating independently. You should be confident but keen to learn the skills
necessary to become a top flight commercial litigator.

- A team player, with the temperament to form good working partnerships with partners, colleagues and fellow staff.
