The Bevan Brittan Projects and PFI team is rated as one of the strongest practices in the UK and are leaders in the field of innovation. Our dedicated Projects team consists of 43 lawyers, including 12 partners, working exclusively on PPP and PFI projects. The team is supported by a wider network of specialist lawyers in the areas of Banking, Planning, Construction, Employment, Real Estate and Procurement.

To date our team has advised on in excess of 350 projects and successfully brought over 100 of those projects to "financial close". We also continue to advise after 'financial close' with issues surrounding the construction, occupation, variations and refinancing of projects.
